Job Summary
The Conversion Staff Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the arena work order program through the event software program (AwareManager) for Time Warner Cable Arena.
 
Essential Job Duties

• Responsible for Arena’s event tracking software (Aware Manager jxt).
• Manages work order program including identifying, distributing, and tracking progress of arena work orders.
• Tracks event related issues log daily and follows up to ensure that corrective actions are taken in a timely fashion.
• Conducts pre-event building walk through to check event set ups for needed corrections.
• Identifies, distributes and track progress of arena work orders.
• Acts as point of contact for the Facilities and Engineering team and their work order needs.
• Tracks costs and creates invoices for special projects including Capex.
• Responds to any post event issues and work to resolve issues prior to next event occurring.
• Conducts building surveys including scheduling, entering work orders, and back checking to ensure previous work orders have been completed properly.
• Creates monthly building walk thru calendar and distributes to appropriate staff members.
• Assist with training and development of Operations Conversion Crew
• Coordinates training and day to date work of Facility Operations Intern.
• Responsible for inventory of Department’s equipment and supplies.
• Manage Productivity Suite configurations and updates
• Create, track, and communicate various reports including
o Daily missed clock in punches reports
o Machine maintenance report and flag repeat repairs
o Other reports as directed
• Acts as the main point of contact for all NBA and ECL work order needs.
• Assists with uniform tracking for all daytime operations and engineering staff.
• May perform other duties as required.

• This job will have periodic access to confidential data including customer quotes, products costs, and company plans, designs, and programs.

Supervisory Responsibility

• This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education and Experience

• Associates Degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; and Spreadsheet software.

Physical Demands 

• The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 20 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel and talk or hear.  The employee is frequently required to stand and walk.

Work Environment

• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Job Summary

The Membership Sales Associate will be responsible for selling/servicing onsite membership sales by performing the following duties.

Essential Job Duties

•Proactively promotes membership sales onsite by interacting with customers and educating them about the benefits of a membership
•Understands and keeps current on all membership levels and benefits to ensure accurate information is presented to customers.
•Demonstrates superior customer service skills in explaining membership benefits to all customers.
•Proactively promotes birthday package sales onsite by interacting with customers.
•Assesses customer openness to hear about membership options and react appropriately.
•Welcome customers, respond to inquiries and special requests, provide general information, and work to solve problems.
•Performs inventory and control of membership items
•Enters new customer data and other sales data into computer database.
•Achieves and works to exceed sales goals.
•Assists with other membership office projects as assigned.
•Ability to handle stressful situations and react in a fast-paced environment.
•Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and the general public.
•Develops and maintains relationships with customers.
•Maintains professional demeanor at all times.
•Responsible for familiarity with all building galleries, exhibits, and events.
•Must be able to work flexible hours to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
•May perform other duties as required.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

•Language Ability:
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, industry peers and the general public.
•Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. 
•Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.  Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
•Customer Service Ability:
Ability to anticipate customer needs, builds positive relationships with customers and vendors, goes the extra mile to satisfy and exceed customer needs, treats all customers and vendors with highest degree of respect and courtesy, delivers exceptional service to internal and external customers

Education and Experience
A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required; at least two years of customer service and sales experience is strongly preferred.
