We're looking for outgoing, creative, dedicated and responsible athletes or sports fans in college or high school. Please apply ASAP because we only have a few spots left.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attend local sporting events, meet players and coaches, film highlights on your phone to feature on Overtime's app and social media
  • Execute on marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and grow content on the platform
  • Write articles using your videos and others from the Overtime platform
  • Share your feedback and insights on how to grow our community and improve the app
  • Work on business development initiatives to partner with other sports entities

REQUIREMENTS:

You must LOVE sports and have an iPhone. This role is an invaluable experience for people interested in the following fields:

  • Social Media / Marketing

Sportswriter (part-time / remote) - Overtime (Brooklyn, NY)

• Write articles using your own videos and others from the Overtime platform
• Work directly with our Editor In Chief and Director of Digital Content to pitch article ideas that will be featured on our website and social media
• Act as an ambassador for the Overtime brand and actively try to grow our community of athletes, coaches, fans and fellow Sportswriters

Description 
TICKETON is a leading online ticket retailer that focuses on the U.S. Hispanic market. Consumers are able to purchase tickets to sports, music, entertainment, cultural, and other major live events, via our networking outlets and our bilingual friendly website.


Position Summary
The Social Media Coordinator will execute the social media strategy for the company in order to attract, engage and grow the client base. Coordinator will help develop, manage, edit and post content to the brand’s social and digital channels (including, but not limited to, social networks, email, website and blog), track and report on progress and engagement in all social channels to management. The Social Media Coordinator will assist the marketing team in developing a monthly/quarterly strategy based on goals set forth.

Reports To: ?Marketing Manager


Education: ?Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing or experience in related field.?????

Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in the field


Knowledge and Skills:

•    Fluent in English and Spanish
•    Develop innovative and creative media content across social media platforms in line with brand and long          term goals
•    Accelerate rapid growth of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter and         YouTube
•    Report to Marketing Director and collaborate with graphic designers and webmasters to ensure a cohesive        social media identity
•    Propose creative strategy in collaboration with Marketing Director
•    Stay up to date on marketing and industry trends
•    Partner with Retail and Product Man to create and execute sales promotions
•    Maintain and track all social media platforms to ensure maximum visibility and increase brand recognition
•    Deliver monthly reports with statistics and results for each account
•    Engage social media influencers and identify key partners on targeted platforms
•    Additional duties as assigned
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Proficient in Word, Excel, Keynote, Photoshop and basic internet tools
